Quint Digital Media Limited is a public limited company domiciled in India, with its registered office situated in Rajendra Place, New Delhi and its equity shares are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. The Company has been incorporated on May 31, 1985 under the provisions of the Indian Companies Act and was previously known as Gaurav Mercantiles Limited. The name was changed to Quint Digital Media Limited on 21 September 2020.
