Prospect Commodities was originally incorporated as “Prospect Commodities Private Limited” is registered under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated January 06, 2022. The company has acquired running business of firm “M/s Fortune Exports”, registered as a partnership firm under the Partnership Act, 1932 (Partnership Act). Subsequently, the company was converted into a public limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by its shareholders at the EGM held on December 29, 2022 and consequently the name of the company was changed to “Prospect Commodities Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad dated January 03, 2023.

The company is in the business of trading of cashew in to B2B Market. The Company is selling the Cashew to the wholesalers in the state of Gujarat only. It is a well-known brand engaged in Cashew Processing Industry. The company is processor, exporter and supplier of Natural Cashew Kernel and many types of Flavoured Cashew Kernel.

Its promoter and Managing Director, Vimal Mishra in the year 2006 has started his career in the logistic service industry. In the said job, he got the experience of attending to enquiries and implementing marketing and sales strategies to meet set targets for international business and providing total logistic solutions to direct shipper as well as to CHA’s (Custom House Agent). He has also handled cross trade international business in his service tenurewhere he has also acted as a Project Manager position. In 2014, moving out from service sector, he was one of the director and pioneer of logistic company named “Globizz Translogistics Pvt Ltd”. The company was in logistic business only.
