The Company was incorporated in the name of Suvibha Investment Company Private Limited on March 20, 1982. The Company became a Public Company in July 1984. The name of the company was subsequently changed in November 1990 to Prime securities Limited. The name was further changed to Prime Securities Limited on November 29, 1990. Thereafter the Company became a Public Company by passing a Special Resolution on March 16 1992 and obtaining fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 25, 1993.
