The company has works and registered office in Raipur and corporate office at Mumbai. At the Raipur works, the company has Veneer Mill, Sawmill, Plywood, and wood working manufacturing facilities, using most upto date technologies and machinery. Among the other equipment company uses machines like Cremona, Taihei and Marunaka Slicers, Ruckle doublecut Guiollotine, Jointer, Ruckle Crossfeed Splicer, Cremona jumping saw etc for making best quality decorative veneers and plywood thereof.

Using the best available technology and employing knowledgeable and experienced technologist, the company is able to make best use of natural timber specialising in Burma Teak wood for its Teak Veneered products. Pratik Panels makes its most popular Burma Teak Veneered plywood in two range namely Premium and Gold and in various thickness and in various sizes .

The company is also involved in Exports of Burma Teak products like Veneer, Lumber, Decking, Parquets etc. used mostly in luxurious yatch, five star hotels and business centers. Its export business network extends to Europe, America and Asia.

The company has its own sawmill, profile 4 spindle moulder (S4S) and parquet making facilities.
