Padam Cotton Yarns was incorporated on November 2, 1994 under the Companies Act, 1956. The certificate of commencement of business was obtained on December 7, 1994 from the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. The company has already acquired land on lease for setting up of the project and has started construction of additional building. Nearly 90% of the construction of the additional building is already complete and the company is in the process of installing the plant & machinery at the site.

The company has been promoted by Padam Sain Gupta, Rajeev Kumar Aggarwal and Vivek Gupta. It is in the process of setting up an open-end spinning mill to manufacture cotton yarn, with an installed capacity of 3553 MT per annum.

The registered office of the company is located at 196, 1st Floor G T Road, opposite Red Cross Market Karnal, Haryana.
