As per the norms prescribed under Listing Agreement being applicable to the company and in compliance to Section 292A of the Companies Act, 1956, the company had partly complied with the code of corporate governance on 31st March, 2011. The Managing Director of the Company, Aushim Khetarpal is a world renowned artist and is a true follower of Shirdi Sai Baba.
