Astro Bio Systems Limited, formerly known as Omni Ax’s Software was incorporated on April 24, 2000. Due to severe competition in the software business, Omniax has incurred loss for the past years. Therefore, the company has decided to change line of business from software to infrastructure development, particularly in the activities of building construction. Omniax has three subsidiary companies namely Millennium Web Solutions, Elan Integrated Systems and R3 Ventures.
