Ltd. on May 26, 2005 under the Companies Act, 1956, with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra, bearing Registration Number 153539. The status of the company was changed to public limited company and the name of the company was changed to Octaware Technologies Ltd. by a special resolution passed on June 15, 2015. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to the change of name was granted to the company on August 17, 2015, by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
