Octal Credit Capital was incorporated under the provision of The Companies Act, 1956 as Private Limited Company in the name of ‘Octal Economic Consultants Private Limited’. Subsequently, after passing the special resolution at the EGM of the company held on 06.09.1994, name of the Company was changed to Octal Credit Capital Private Limited. Further via special resolution passed at the EGM held on September 15, 1994 company became a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to ‘Octal Credit Capital Limited’.
