Shreeyash Industries was incorporated on June 23, 1993 as private limited company under the name Range Apparels and was subsequently converted into a public limited company on February 21, 1994. The registered office of the company is situated at 114-6S6/A, AC Guards, Hyderabad 500 004, Andhra Pradesh.

The company is promoted by Mano Kumar and his wife Sumedha Saraogi in technical arrangement with Kuke Nylon Co., (KNC), S Korea, for setting up a new 100% EOU for the manufacture of knitted designer cotton socks of international standards/quality with an installed capacity of 29.45 lakhs pairs per annum at Jeedimetla, Ranga Reddy district, AP.

In 1996 - the company set up a dying plant along with cone winding machine to augment the need for good quality of dying and timely availability of raw material at short notice. In the same year, the company entered into a buyback agreement with Dongwon Trading Co., Korea for marketing of the products.
