Nukleus Office Solutions Limited was originally incorporated as ‘Nukleus Office Solutions Private Limited’ at Delhi as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated September 27, 2019, issued by the RoC. Thereafter, the company was converted into a public limited company and consequently name of the company was changed from ‘Nukleus Office Solutions Private Limited’ to ‘Nukleus Office Solutions Limited’ under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a special resolution passed by its shareholders at the EGM held on May 30, 2024 and had obtained fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 29, 2024 was issued by the RoC, Delhi NCR.
