N G Industries was incorporated on November 17, 1994 as a public limited company in the state of West Bengal under the Companies Act, 1956 with the main object of rendering diagnostic services. The company obtained the certificate of commencement of business on December 19, 1994.

It operates through two medical branches -- N G Medicare & Calcutta Hope Infertility Clinic, N G Nursing Home and N G Pharmacy. The company has set up a project for multi-speciality diagnostic clinic and day-care centre along with an infertility clinic at Rashbehari Avenue, Calcutta.
