Newtime Infrastructure, earlier known as Intra Infotech, incorporated as a private limited company in July 1984, is engaged in media-related software and production activities. It was converted into a public limited company in May 1995. Earlier known as Kumaon Pharmacaps & Chemicals, its name was changed to Intra Infotech on March 31, 2001 on restructuring activities.

In 2007, Intra Infotech delisted its equity shares on The Hyderabad Stock Exchange (HSE) & Jaipur Stock Exchange (JSE) with effect from March 09, 2007 & March 21, 2007 respectively.

In 2010 the name of the Company Intra Infotech Ltd was changed to "Newtime Infrastructure Ltd"
