The Company was incorporated on August 30, 2011 under the Companies Act, 1956 as Pearl Electronics (PEL). Mystic Electronics (Formerly Pearl Electronics Limited) is a Public Limited Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and got listed on Bombay Stock Exchange in the year 2013. The Registered Office of the Company is situated at Mumbai.

Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement/Demerger sanctioned by Hon’ble Bombay High Court on 09th October, 2012, the Electronics Division of Nouveau Global Ventures Limited was demerged into Pearl Electronics Limited with effect from appointed date i.e. October 1, 2011.  In the year 2016, the Company changed its name from “Pearl Electronics Limited” to its current name “Mystic Electronics Limited”.

The Company has been actively engaged in the business of procurement and trading in Computer hardware and software. A few components that company focuses to trade in - High end Server, Low end server for thin clients, Networking router Fiber, Networking Switch, Computer server blade, CTC full NT kit, Storage for data, Compute systems etc.
