It has in-house research facilities to help its client to take informed decisions. MFSL has offices at Chennai and Bangalore and will soon commence online trading.MFSL executes business in cash segment, Futures & Option segment and markets mutual fund and IPO product.
• Merchant Banking MFSL is a Category I Merchant Banker (INM000003739) offering services in areas of issue management, Mergers & Acquisition, investment banking, advisory, re-structuring, ESOPS, etc.,MFSL has been associated with over hundred initial public offerings, has managed rights issue, open offer and ESOPs. The issue management services include preparation of offer documents, pre & post issue formalities and compliance.
• Portfolio Management Services MFSL provides portfolio management services (INP00000308) to resident and non-resident Indians. It offers both discretionary and non-discretionary services. Currently MFSL offers MGPS where the investment objective is to generate capital appreciation on investment in line with risk profile by investor in equity market. The disclosure document contains details of security offered, risk factors, client representation, financial performance, nature of expenses, taxation, accounting policies, investor services etc.,
