• 1987: Started with Gujrat Cycle in Vadodara, focusing on Export.
• 1987: Began manufactuirng exhaust systems and spoke rims for Hero Honda Motors Achieved QS 9000 certification.
• 2006: Entered steel rim production Obtained EMS certification.
• 2010: Established a techinical collaboration with Samsung Industries. 
• 2010: Began producing fuel tanks for 4-wheelers.
