MOS Utility was incorporated as a private limited company under the name ‘MOS Utility Private Limited’ on July 27, 2009. The status of the company was changed to public limited and the name of the company was changed to ‘MOS Utility Limited’ vide Special Resolution dated July 05, 2022.
