Modern Converters Limited is incorporated on 26th February, 1946 in the state of West Bengal. The main object of business is to cultivate & manufacture tea, coffee, rubber, chincona and buyers of every kind of vegetable, mineral or other product of the soil, to render marketable any such produce either in its prepared, manufactured or raw state and either by whole sale and retail and also have some other object such as to carry on the business of lending , borrowing or raising ,the lending or advancing money on securities and property and grant loan on mortgage, the buying, selling and dealing with stock, funds, share, bonds, obligation and other securities.
