Misquita Engineering was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 in the name and style of 'Misquita Engineering Private Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation No. 24-02537 dated March 04, 1998 issue by the Registrar of Companies, Goa, Daman & Diu. Subsequently, the company was converted into public limited company pursuant to a shareholders’ resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting held on August 29, 2017 and name of the Company was changed to 'Misquita Engineering Limited' and fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 18, 2017 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Goa.

Business area of the company

The company is engaged manufacturing and supplying in of front-loading washers. The company supplies and does job-work of the front-loading washers for washing machine makers in India. The company qualifies to work as a strategic supplier and supplies machined parts to Commscope USA.
