The Company was originally incorporated as ‘Milestone Furniture Private Limited’ on March 12, 2014 under the Companies Act, 2013 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Subsequently, pursuant to shareholders resolution passed in the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on the Company was converted into a public company and consequently name was changed to ‘Milestone Furniture Limited’ vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated  July 05, 2017 issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. 

The Company & its executives have developed the skill and expertise in Space & work station Management, designing and innovation in Furniture used in Education, Healthcare and Corporate organisation. They have also developed the In house technical & Design team to provide turnkey solution and implementation of interior and work space in Commercial, Residential and Institutions.
