GIVO set up with technical and financial collaboration of Marzotto Spa of Italy supplies industrially manufactured classic men's wear, using state of art equipment imported from Europe. 

GIVO underwent a twelve Month technical training in advance of launching into full production in 1996, with Italian technicians on hand to supervise training and the setting up of quality assurance procedures in the company. 

GIVO has set it its own grounds and the factory building, a standalone structure with impressive gardens in front and a vast expanse of lawns engenders pride in the workplace, and offers a safe and healthy working environment to Givo workers. 

Perfection cannot be achieved without practice. Training and continuous up-gradation of know-how has been one of the key focus areas of Givo. A permanent training center has been set up within the factory complex at Gurgaon to provide extensive operational know-how to the grass root shop floor operators. Not only does this center impart skills to the operators, but it also serves as a center for further R&D activities that would improve upon and generate new technologies suited to the global garment industry.

The Thakral Group of Singapore, which has interests in fabric, electronics and hotels, hold 50 per cent of Givo’s equity, the public holds 25 per cent, FIIs 15 per cent and the remaining 10 per cent by Marzotto of Italy, which is also a technical collaborator.

The GIVO's production unit Located within close vicinity of New Delhi has the capacity to produce 600 jackets and 800 pairs of trousers in a single eight Hour shift. 

Givo Exports a major portion of its production to USA, Canada, Europe & Middle East.
