Megastar Foods was originally incorporated on November 28, 2011 as ‘Megastar Foods Private Limited’ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Punjab and Chandigarh. Further, the company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of the company was changed from ‘Megastar Foods Private Limited’ to ‘Megastar Foods Limited’ vide Special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 09, 2018 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 16, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh.

The company specializes in producing a wide portfolio of products such as Atta, Maida, suji/rawa, bran, and organic flours.
