Master Trust was incorporated on August 20, 1985. It is a private sector non banking financial company primarily involved in the business of forex and dealing in securities. The company earlier known as Arora Financial Consultants, got its present name on March 30, 1992.

The company operates under six verticals through its subsidiaries including equity and derivatives broking, commodity derivatives broking, insurance broking, depository services, merchant banking, distribution of financial products like mutual funds, and initial public offerings.
