Market Creators (MCL) is a public limited company incorporated in the year 1991, having its head office and registered office at Vadodara. The founder members of the company are two prominent Chartered Accountants, Dr J H Shah and Rashmi Acharya. MCL is listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). 

The objective of the company is to provide high quality of services by creating transparent and harmonious relationships with all type of investor. In the initial year company received the approval from SEBI as a Category I, Merchant Banker. After receiving the membership as a Category I, Merchant Banker company moblised sum of Rs 10,272 lakh in either capacity as lead managers or co-managers.  

The company provides Advice-Based Broking, E-Broking Services, Depository Services, Commodities Trading, and IPO and Mutual Fund Investment Advisory Services, and proposes to start Portfolio Management Services (PMS), in short span of time. Basic strength of the company is highly professional core management team which has rich experience in this industry. They include Dr J H Shah, Chairman of the company, having experience in Merchant Banking as well as Primary and Secondary Market Operation. He is C.A. and Ph.D. in Financial Management in subject “Valuation of Shares” in the year 1991. Rashmi Acharya, Director of the company has more than two decades of experience in the Merchant Banking, Consulting in Accounting, Financial Management and Taxation. Kalpesh J Shah, Whole Time Director of the company, having ten years of experience in the secondary market.

• 2004 Company received membership from Central Depository Services India Limited in Depository Segment.
• 2004 Mani Market Creators Limited, a 100% subsidiary of Market Creators Limited, acquired Membership of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX).
