Manraj Housing Finance was incorporated on January 11, 1990 as a private company. It was subsequently converted to public company on February 9, 1994 by passing a special resolution in the Extra-Ordinary General meeting (EGM) held on February 9, 1994 and fresh certificate of incorporation for change of name to its present one was issued on May 5,1994 by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay.
