The company was converted into to a public limited company and the name of the company was changed to “Maagh Advertising And Marketing Services Limited” by a special resolution passed on September 1, 2021. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion was issued on October 20, 2021 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
