Lakhotia Polyesters (India) was originally incorporated with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra, on August 05, 2005 as Lakhotia Polyesters (India) Private Limited. Pursuant to shareholders Resolution dated July 25, 2012 the company was converted into Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Lakhotia Polyesters (India) Limited.

The group was primary established in 1980 with a company called Lakhotia Textile, which was engaged in manufacturing of textile fabrics. Twenty five years of growth, with expertise in textile industry and wide range of products, the group has diversified its product line from manufacturing of Yarns, Packaging Films, Printing Films, Chemicals and many more to come. Also, the company entered in other segments from core business of textile to Packaging, Printing and Chemicals Industries.

The company is engaged in manufacturing of Polyester Lacqured / coated films, Transfer Foil and slitted M type, MH type, MX type and ST type yarns. Having the most efficient machines and men on the floor company is able to deliver right product at the right time. The company is having films for textile, printing, decoration and packaging, industry in its basket.
