K Z Leasing & Finance was incorporated as a private limited company on August 7, 1986 under the Companies Act, 1956 and was converted into a public limited company on July 19, 1991. It is a profit-making and dividend paying company. 

The main object behind the establishment of the company is to provide finance by way of lease and hire purchase towards machineries, trucks, vehicles, etc. The company's business is established in Gujarat through its branches of Vijapur, Visagar, Mehsana and Surat. As far as the past track record is concerned, the company has been able to show profits continuously for the last five years.
