Kuber Udyog was incorporated on November 25, 1982 under the Companies Act, 1956 (replaced with the Companies Act, 2013) in the state of West Bengal, India and obtained the commencement of business certificate on December 2, 1982. In the month of February, 1983, Kuber Udyog issued 150,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at par to the public within the exemption limit of Rs. 5,000,000 under the Capital Issue (Exemption) Order, 1969. Consequently, the equity shares of Kuber Udyog were listed on the Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Limited (scrip code 21168).
