Kotia Enterprises was originally established as International Pumps and Projects (India) Private Limited in the year 1980 with the aim of providing pump related services to the industry and market. During the course of time the company scaled enormous heights and successfully executed various projects across India.

In January 2017, the name of the company changed to Kotia Enterprises Limited and objects being changed to deliver high quality construction services. The company is listed at Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) & Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited (MSEI). The company’s registered office is at 905, New Delhi House, 27, Barakhamba Road New Delhi.
