Kirloskar Pneumatic  Company established in 1958 is India’s leading name in Compressed Air, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration and Hydraulic Power Transmission. The company is now a part of Kirloskar group.

The manufacturing units of the company are located in Pune, Saswad and Kondhapuri in the state of Maharashtra and Faridabad  in the state of Haryana.

With effect from April 1, 2001, KPCL got merged into KG Khosla Compressors (an associate company). One equity share of KG Khosla was issued against four equity shares of KPCL. The combined operations were beneficial to KPCL due to synergies of operations, economies of scale and reduction in costs. KPCL was able to manufacture and market its products with under two popular brands viz. KIRLOSKAR and KHOSLA.
