Kiran Print Pack was incorporated as a private limited company on April 05, 1989. It was subsequently converted into a public limited company and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the registrar of companies, Maharashtra, at Bombay.The company started operations in the year 1990-91 by trading in paper and subsequently switched to printing activity in mid 1992.

The company's existing printing facility consists of advanced, sophisticated and fully automatic machines and other ancillary equipments for all printing and graphic production needs. 

The existing machines includes DTP Laser printing machines, Plate making machines, Processing machines, Four colour Dominant Printing machine, Automatic cutting machine, and Six High-speed web offset printing machines. The company has also developed an efficient distribution network. Unlike other printing jobs, Capital Issue printing demands a highly organized delivery system to distribute large quantity of stationery across the country within a short stipulated time.  The company has been particularly conscious of this critical need and has geared itself up with adequate infrastructure. 

Business area of the company:

The company concentrates on the specialized area of printing and distribution of capital issue stationery.

Labels, brochures, stickers, pamphlets, and other publicity and packaging materials are also manufactured.

• Its capability in this area has enhanced its business operations and client goodwill and the Company being ranked third by the Prime Alert Agency for the printing of Public Issue Stationery, for the period April 94 - March 95.
