The Company was incorporated as ‘Kalpataru’s Hospitality and Facility Management Services Private Limited’ as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated January 27, 2006 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Further, the Company changed its name pursuant to approval of the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on July 18, 2012 and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to KHFM Hospitality and Facility Management Services Private Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai on August 10, 2012. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to approval of shareholders at an Extra-Ordinary General meeting of the Company held on March 18, 2018, and the name of the Company was changed to ‘KHFM Hospitality and Facility Management Services Limited’ vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 30, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.

The company is one of the reputed integrated business services providers focused on providing integrated hospitality and facility management services (IHFM). It provides the entire range of hospitality and facility management services including mechanized housekeeping, guesthouse management, pest control, gardening and security service, etc. The IHFM segment of its services provide integrated hospitality and facility management solutions to corporates including MNCs, government organizations like Railways, Municipal Corporations Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and other commercial establishments.
