Its Precision Stamping Division offers high precision pressed components and tooling solutions for a wide range of engineering applications.The watch hands production factory at Bangalore was set up in 1997 and has a capacity of making over 30 million hands annually. Its global customer base is concentrated in India, Switzerland and Hong Kong.

EIGEN, the precision stamping division was established in 2004 to cater to a wide range of requirements from automobile, electronics and other fine engineering applications. The retail chain ETHOS, established in 2003, has grown into India’s largest retailer of Swiss watches.

The company’s shares are listed and traded at The Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, under scrip name KDDL Limited and the Stock Code is 532054.In 2005, it established a new subdivision at the Derabassi factory to manufacture UMPR (Eddi) stickers. This facility was expanded in 2006 to increase capacity and product range.
