KBS Capital Management was incorporated in the year 1985. It is an investment management company. Earlier known as Moonlac Trading & Finance, it got its present name on October 15, 1997.

The company offers wealth management services such advice on stock market investment planning. In FY07, KBS Capital initiated the strategy to have diverse revenue streams such as broking commissions, insurance and other personal products, fees from distribution of mutual funds and other financial services. A substantial part of its earnings comes from stock broking activities. It has installed network systems for both offline and online broking.
