Kapil Raj Finance was incorporated as a public limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on December 13, 1985 & obtained the Certificate for Commencement of Business on June 24, 1986 from the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana. The company’s name has not been changed since incorporation.
