The company was originally incorporated as a private limited Company under the name of ‘Kaka Industries Private Limited’ on June 21, 2019 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Thereafter, the company was converted from private limited to public limited, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary general meeting held on February 27, 2023 and the name of the Company was changed from ‘Kaka Industries Private Limited’ to ‘Kaka Industries Limited’ vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 14, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Kaka Industries was incorporated in year 2019, previously the Business was running under the proprietorship concern of Managing Director Mr. Rajeshbhai Gondaliya under name M/s Shreeji Plast Mart. Currently KAKA Industries is a leading PVC Section producer. With decades of expertise, knowledge, and dedication, it has given its clients high-quality, dependable products.
