Jigar Cables was originally formed as a partnership firm under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 in the name of ‘Jigar Industries’ pursuant to a deed of partnership dated August 01, 1997. The name of the partnership firm was changed to ‘Jigar Cables’ pursuant to supplementary agreement modifying the partnership deed dated January 01, 2017 .Jigar Cables was thereafter converted from a partnership firm to a public limited company Under Part I, Schedule XXI of the Companies Act, 2013 with the name of ‘Jigar Cables Limited’ and received a fresh certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Manesar, Gujarat on February 07, 2017.

They are an ISO 9001:2015 complied Company and follow strict quality standards during manufacturing process. Once the product is ready, it is checked for safety and quality assurance. Their facilities involve technology, tools, machines which spin out the quality standard of cables.

Business area of the Company

They manufacture Power and Control Cables, House Wires/ Building Wires, Flat Cables for Submersible pumps and Aerial Bunched cables under the brand name ‘SIGMA’. They strive to achieve quality by maintaining consistency in their products. The Company procures major raw material i.e. Copper and Aluminium Coil from Ultracab (India), their Group Company, other raw materials like PVC and XLPE are procured domestically. Their manufacturing facilities are equipped with in- house testing laboratory to ensure that the finished products match the quality standards and certifications as specified. Before commencement of the manufacturing process, the raw materials procured by also undergoes a quality check conducted by them in house testing laboratory to ensure that the same matches the quality standards required in their finished products. Testing of products takes place during different levels of their manufacturing process to ensure that any errors or quality defects in the products can be rectified on a real time basis and the final output is again checked by their testing laboratory before it is finally packed and dispatched.
