Jagsonpal Finance & Leasing was incorporated as a Private Limited company on February 20, 1991 under the Companies Act, 1956 and subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company by a Special Resolution at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on July 25, 1994 and a fresh Certificate of incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana. The operation of the Company are conducted under the overall supervision, control and guidance of the Board of Directors of the Company.
