Integra Capital Management (ICML) was incorporated on May 02, 1990 as a private limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana at New Delhi. The Company became a public limited Company on March 09, 1993 and obtained a fresh Certificate of incorporation from the said Registrar of Companies on 04-05-1993. The company was primarily engaged in fund based operations like leasing, hire purchase and short term loans. Until 1994 the fund base of the company came from the promoters contribution as well as deposits from friends, relatives and associates. The client base was focused on the network created from over 35 years experience and contacts of the Chairman in his professional capacity. For the period 3 years between 1992 and 1995, the company recorded an increase of over 27 times in the profitability. In the year 1993-94 the company also availed of a cash credit limit of Rs 50.00 lakh from Bank of India for leasing activities which was enhanced to Rs 100.00 lakh in the year 1994-95. The company was also assigned Credit Rating AA and Health Code 01 signifying satisfactory nature of account and denoting excellence in quality of management, financial standing, information system, financial discipline and average in ancillary business, by the Bank of India.

In the year 1993-94 the company also undertook a series of reports commissioned by the American international Group in the areas of financial services, infrastructure and insurance reforms. On April 01, 1994 the company entered into a one year contract with American international Group at a monthly retainership of Rs 50.000 and this contract has subsequently been extended for an indefinite period by the company. The company went in for voluntary CRISIL rating to enhance the credibility of its Fixed Deposit Program and received an investment grade credit rating FA- denoting adequate safety with regard to timely payment of interest and principal. The Company integra Capital Management at present holds 23.5% of the paid up share capital of the integra Securities. The fees for the membership of the NSE shall be paid by integra Securities Pvt. Ltd. and the same has not been considered in the financial projections/cost of project of integra Capital Management Ltd.

The company is registered with the Reserve Bank of India as a Non-Banking Finance Company. It has got investment grade Credit rating from Credit Risk & Investment Services of India (CRISIL) and Investment Credit & Risk Analysis (ICRA) listed on Bombay, Delhi, and Madras Stock Exchanges.

They seek joint-ventures/strategic alliances with corporates with business interests in India, in the areas of Stock Broking, Risk Management and Asset Based Lending.
