Innovatus Entertainment Networks was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai dated September 12, 2012 with the name ‘Innovatus Entertainment Networks Private Limited’. The company was converted into to a public limited company and the name of the company was changed to ‘Innovatus Entertainment Networks Limited’ by a special resolution passed on January 20, 2022. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion was issued on February 24, 2022 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.

It focus on concept development to creative's to a total turnkey presentation and on ground execution.
