Sudev Industries Limited was incorporated on April 20, 1992 under the leadership of Rajiv Agarwal, who is the founder of this organization and O.P. Agarwal being a co-promoter. Sudev Industries Limited went for a public float of its equity shares on May 23, 1994 for 30,00,000 Equity shares of Rs 10 each. Company’s shares are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, Delhi Stock Exchange, Chennai Stock Exchange, Jaipur Stock Exchange, Kolkata Stock Exchange & The Stock Exchange of U. P., Kanpur. 

The company had setup its manufacturing facilties at Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh to manufacture Plastics, lkathene, Natural and Synthetic Rubber Moulded Goods, Foams, etc. i.e. basically to manufacture rubber and plastics products. It was the First time in India that Sudev Industries had organized and developed its organizational units on the basis of effective Foaming Technology to manufacture rotomoulded products to better strengthening its weight ratio and super Insulting process.

The company is specialized in production and distribution of complete range of Roto Moulded Products which are made from plastics resins and are essentially substitute for steel, wood & RCC in wide variety of applications.
