IFL Enterprises was originally incorporated in the National Capital Territory of Delhi as ‘Sarthak Suppliers Private Limited’ on January 23, 2009 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. Later, on January 27 2016, the name of the company was changed from ‘Sarthak Suppliers Private Limited’ to ‘IFL Enterprises Private Limited’. The company was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently name was changed to ‘IFL Enterprises Limited’ vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 18, 2016 issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.
