H S India, formerly known as Hotel Silver Plaza, was incorporated as a private limited company in 1989. The company belongs to the Bansal group of companies, which is part of the Karishma group. The company set up a three star hotel named Hotel Lords Inn International, having 106 rooms at Surat.
H S India entered into a marketing franchise agreement of its hotel with Sarovar Park Plaza. The company is planning to expand by means of adding facilities of health club, coffee shop and executive room. The company has also decided to uplift and renovate hotel property.
