The company was converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 01, 2014 issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The company is an Electro-Mechanical Contracting firm undertaking Turn-key as well as EPC Projects. The company is in the field of execution for all kind of Electro - Mechanical contracting work. It possesses all the necessary skills & expertise for all kind of Electro-Mechanical contract work right from L.V. system to 220KV switchyards and from water distribution to automated water pumping stations, complete with engineering, procurement and construction activities.
