The company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name of “Tiff Care Industries Private Limited” on November 08, 2019 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 bearing Corporate Identification issued by the Registrar of Companies – Maharashtra. Subsequently, name of the company changed to “Healthy Life Agritec Private Limited” vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 22, 2020 issued by Registrar of Companies - Maharashtra. Further, the company was converted into Public Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the name of the Company was changed to “Healthy Life Agritec Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated March 08, 2022 bearing Corporate Identification Number issued by the Registrar of Companies – Maharashtra.

Healthy Life Agritec incorporated in the month of November 2019, is engaged in the business of trading of Raw Milk in the state of Maharashtra and Live Chicken and Agro Products in the state of Maharashtra and Karnataka. The company procures raw cow milk from milk farmers in the State of Maharashtra, a significant cow milk producing region in India.
