It was subsequently converted into public limited company by passing special resolution in its Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 9, 1995 and obtained certificate from ROC on October 6, 1995 and its name changed to HI - Tech Windings System Limited.
Business area of the company
The main object in the Company’s memorandum of association is to do the business of manufacture of Paper Tubes and Cones for the cotton as well as the synthetic yarns industries. Presently the company is engaged in manufacturing of packing paper.
