Groarc Industries India Limited was established in the year 1992 as Telesys Software Pvt. Ltd and subsequently converted into a public limited company in November 1999. The company was originally promoted by S R Kamath and Vatsala R Kamath. The name of the Company was changed from Telesys Software Ltd. to Telesys Info-Infra (I) Ltd with effect from November 5, 2009 and subsequently changed to Groarc Industries India Ltd. On September 30, 2023. The registered office of the company is situated at Blackers Road, Gaiety Palace, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Business area of the company
The company carries out turnkey projects and on-site -consultancy primarily for the domestic small and medium enterprise segment and the process of developing branch automation softwar (T-Bank), hotel management software (T-OTEL) and hospital management software (T- OSPITAL). It is also developing various e-commerce component.
