Global Space Technologies Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 in the name of Global Space Tech Private Limited at Mumbai vide Certificate of Incorporation dated December 22, 2010. Subsequently, the name of Company was changed from Global Space Tech Private Limited to Global Space Technologies Private Limited on September 20, 2016.
