The company was incorporated as ‘G.K.P. Printing & Packaging Limited’ at Mumbai, Maharashtra as a Public Limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 03rd April, 2018 issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai Central Registration Centre. Pursuant to a Business Succession Agreement dated April 14th, 2018 the Company acquired the business of proprietorship concerns GK Packaging (Erstwhile proprietorship of its promoter Keval Harshad Goradia) and Pratham Packaging (Erstwhile proprietorship of its promoter Payal Keval Goradia). The company is registered with the Ministry of MSME as a manufacturer of corrugated paper containers.

Business area of the Company:

The company engaged in the manufacturing of corrugated boxes. The company deals in various types of corrugated boxes such as master cartons, mono cartons, Honey comb partition boxes, Die cut self-locking boxes, storage bins, adjustable depth book flap, Ring flap boxes and unit cartons. Kraft paper and Duplex paper are the primary raw material used in the manufacturing of corrugated boxes which are also traded by the company in the ordinary course of business operations.

• 2018: Acquire proprietorship businesses of GK Packaging & Pratham Packaging pursuant to Business Succession agreement dated April 14th, 2018.

• 2018: Vapi Manufacturing unit becomes operational on 27th December, 2018.
